We are not responsible for any delays after the order leaves our plant due to the carrier or acts of God.Due to the time-sensitive nature of the products, no returns are allowed without permission and a return authorization number. If a request is approved, goods will be credited at 75% of price excluding shipping charges. Absolutely no returns after 30 days or after December 1. A state tax will apply to all orders delivered to the following states: AL (4%), GA (4%), LA (4%), MI (6%), MS (7%), OK (4.5%), SC (5%), TN (8.75%), VA (4%).
